This program is designed to help women to find their purpose and destiny. Why are you here? What is your purpose? And how can we help you get there? You will be paired with a mentor to help find your path to destiny!

At Pathfinders, Inc. our vision is to Engage, Nurture, Empower and Release every woman to find their path to Destiny, in order to impact change in their families, neighborhoods and communities.

This housing program is designed for moms that have found themselves in situations where they may need emergency housing (6-24 months).The mom will reside here while receiving access to our other programs. They will make a plan (M.A.P.) and will be assigned social worker.

This program is designed to help parents take their parenting skills to the next level. Next level parenting teaches the parent how to become a more nurturing parent while also taking the time to nurture themselves.
